Carbondale police arrest 2 juveniles in vehicle burglary case

CARBONDALE, Ill., (KBSI) — City of Carbondale police officers responded to a reported vehicle burglary on South University Avenue on March 11, 2025.

Two 16-year-old male juveniles from Carbondale were arrested and incarcerated at the Jackson County Jail pending a detention hearing.

The investigation remains active and ongoing.

The police department is encouraging anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
