Jackson County announces consolidated election details and early voting schedule

JACKSON COUNTY, Ill., (KBSI) — Consolidated elections in Jackson County are scheduled for April 1, 2025. Early voting dates and polling places are as follows:

Jackson County Clerk’s office in Murphysboro:

— Weekdays, Feb. 20-March 31, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

— Saturday, March 29, 8 a.m.-noon

SIU Student Center:

— March 24-25, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Carbondale City Hall:

— March 17, 19, 21, 26, 27 and 28, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Voters can cast early ballots at any designated early voting location during specified times. However, those voting on April 1 must do so at their assigned precinct location.
