PADUCAH (KBSI) – A Paducah man was arrested after a monthlong drug investigation led detectives to recover more than two ounces of methamphetamine and cash believed to be tied to drug trafficking, according to the Paducah Police Department.
Detectives with the department’s Drug Unit said they began investigating suspected narcotics trafficking involving 44-year-old Caesare Robinson during June.
Investigators served a search warrant at Robinson’s residence in the 400 block of Cherry Circle around 1:15 p.m. on June 30.
During the search, detectives said they recovered approximately 56.7 grams of methamphetamine — about two ounces — along with more than $1,700 in cash believed to be proceeds from illegal drug sales.
Robinson was arrested without incident and booked into the McCracken County Regional Jail.
He is charged with first-degree trafficking in methamphetamine.
