Jackson lifts boil-water advisory for Shawnee Boulevard, Mulberry Street

JACKSON, Mo., (KBSI) — The City of Jackson has lifted a precautionary boil-water advisory for properties along Shawnee Boulevard and Mulberry Street.

The advisory affected properties on the east side of Shawnee Boulevard between Woodland Drive and Mulberry Drive, as well as 1505-1521 Mulberry St.

City officials said testing found no evidence of contamination. Water in the affected area is safe to drink and use without boiling.
