U.S. 60 back open after National Guard bulk water truck crashes in Crittenden County

CRITTENDEN COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – U.S. 60 East is back open at the 18 mile marker in Crittenden County where a National Guard bulk water truck crashed earlier Wednesday.

The crash site is immediately east of the rock quarry and the KY 365 intersection between the Mattoon community in Crittenden County and the Sullivan community in Union County.

Traffic was restricted to one lane. A military tow truck removed the crashed water truck from the right-of-way, according to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
