Endangered Person Advisory issued for woman in Campbell

DUNKLIN COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI) – The Dunklin County Sheriff’s Department issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred in Campbell on June 30.

It happened at 38702 Rt WW in Campbell at 11 a.m.

Mary Ruth Blevins is described as a 50-year-old white, female. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has brown hair, blue eyes and was

Blevins may be traveling in a black 2002 Ford Mustang with Missouri license RF1Z1G. The vehicle has a primer color hood. The location and direction of travel are unknown.

Possible suspects or associates are believed to be Michael Skyler Kinder. He is described as a white, 29-year-old man. Kinder is 5 feet 10 inches and weights 185 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Blevins was involved in a domestic dispute with Kinder that involved weapons three days prior to her last contact with her mother, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person is asked to immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Dunklin County Sheriff’s Department at 573-888-2409.
