Man out on bond arrested in McCracken County on drug trafficking charges

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – A man faces drug trafficking charges after a drug investigation in McCracken County.
Tyler Issacs 33, of Berea, faces charges trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, expired registration plate, no registration receipt, no insurance and failure to transfer motor vehicle.
Issacs was was out on bond for an alleged rape that occurred in Lexington, Ky. on drug trafficking charges on Monday morning following a drug investigation in McCracken County.
McCracken County sheriff’s detectives conducted an investigation on March 19 after receiving information that illegal drug trafficking was being facilitated in an online chat room.
The investigation revealed that Berea was traveling to McCracken County to meet a female and bring her crystal methamphetamine.
Detectives found Issacs on the parking lot of a gas station at 2730 John L. Puryear Drive in McCracken County.
Detectives searched Issacs and found and seized a methamphetamine smoking pipe and approximately seven grams of methamphetamine, according to sheriff’s deputies.
Detectives also searched the vehicle and seized assorted drug paraphernalia and additional methamphetamine.
Issacs was out on bond out of Lexington for allegedly raping a pregnant woman at a massage parlor.
He was taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
