Kelly N. Shotts, 42, is charged with a Class A misdemeanor stemming from an April 6 incident. Court records show Shotts was taken into custody and later released under conditions of pretrial release. An arraignment hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. April 30 in Williamson County court.
