Castor River Days to feature kiddie tractor pull, parade on Fourth of July

MARQUAND, Mo., (KBSI) — Children will have the chance to take part in two longtime Castor River Days traditions during Independence Day celebrations in Marquand.
The Kiddie Tractor Pull is scheduled for 9 a.m. Saturday, July 4, followed by the Kiddie Parade at 3 p.m.
Organizers are encouraging participants to decorate their bicycles, dress pets in patriotic attire and wear red, white and blue for the parade. Pony carts are also expected to return this year.
Families can participate by walking, riding bicycles, bringing pets or waving American flags as part of the community celebration.
