Fire crews contain residential blaze on South Mine La Motte Avenue

FREDERICKTOWN, Mo., (KBSI) — The Fredericktown Fire Department and Cherokee Pass Fire Protection District responded Sunday evening to a first-alarm residential fire in the 900 block of South Mine La Motte Avenue.
Crews quickly attacked the blaze and contained it to the rear of the home. No one was inside at the time of the fire, and no injuries were reported.
The department thanked its mutual aid partners, including Madison County EMS and Madison County 911, for their assistance.
